Alex was extremely patient and meticulously analyzed the issue at hand which is dealing with an old shower valve part and the shutoff valves in the Mechanical room. His solution was aligned with what is needed to solve the issue and for any future maintenance. I look forward seeing the execution of the solution that Alex proposed. Update: 9/25/2025- Today Alex came on time as scheduled and solved all of my issues and more. Changed the needed gate valves to ball valves and apply the needed piping in the closed quarters of the mechanical room. Then finally he was able to remove the mysterious shower mixer valve and cartridge which was unique. He also helped with my toilet tank filling slow. It was the best money I ever spent for professional plumbing work and customer service.
