They came out the same day I called, scheduled me for the following week, and finished my entire home installation in just two days. Their team was kind, patient, and grateful in the way they worked. They took the time to explain the system, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable with everything. They also helped me come up with a financial plan that worked for me, which made the whole process so much easier to move forward with. It was hot — around 80 degrees — and they still worked so hard with such a good attitude. The quality of their work shows. Our AC condenser finally broke a few months ago. We held off on getting it replaced since the weather was still cold. 2 weeks ago, we finally got a few quotes and ended up choosing Shalom due to very competitive pricing and good reviews! Orlando was the representative who came out and answered all our questions. We basically texted him every day asking questions and he patiently answered every single one of them😊. Now that's great customer service! Jose, the owner also came out the 1st day to make sure everything is going as planned! We finalized what kind of system we wanted and signed the contract with a scheduled installation date. On the day of the installation, the crew arrived on time and began working. They made sure the floors were covered and kept everything clean. They did an excellent job installing new air vents in each room while keeping the drywall dust at a minimum. Even caulked each air vent to make sure it's all sealed! They removed our old 1988 AC condenser and old gas furnance. Installed a brand new air handler in the attic instead of the garage. Installed the heatpump on the side of our house. Ran new linesets and R-8 ducting. I was so amazed with the platform that they built in the attic to support the air handler. We also added an air cleaner to our system. Honesly, the quality of work that the crew provided was just amazing. They used a leveler for almost everything. Treated as if they were installing it at their home. Took them only 2 days! They made sure to clean up everything and left things the way it was. Orlando came by to explain to me how everything works including the brand new acculink thermostat. We tested out the cooling and heating function. It was amazing! 😊 We are so happy with the quality of work and amazing customer service that Shalom Heating & Air has provided. Thank you again! Definitely recommended!
