Even though I arrived 30 mins early, they still saw my car and serviced it. Complimentary shuttle to and from work so I didn't need to worry about how I was going to get my car back. Courteous and professional. Will always come back. Misty really gave me the confidence to leave my car and trust that it'll be taken care of. Thank you.

Very nice showroom and comfortable lounge area to wait while your vehicle is being serviced. Kind and helpful staff. They have an excellent shuttle service that leaves every 15 to 20 mins. Super convenient and complimentary service! My shuttle driver, Clarence, was sweet, friendly and an expert driver. The ride was quick, comfortable and smooth. I was very thankful for the complimentary shuttle, as I had work to attend to and didn't realize the service would take up to 3 hours. It was more crowded than usual, and they may have been behind.

My family has been a loyal customer of Lexus for many years. My parents own both a GX and an RX, while I also drive an RX. We exclusively visit the Lexus dealership in Honolulu for our scheduled maintenance, where we always feel valued as customers. The service provided is commendable, and I would highly recommend Arvid G (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) for his exceptional professionalism and dedication to his role. HOWEVER, I recently encountered an unsatisfactory experience during a weekend visit for a safety check, as Arvid was unavailable on that day. Instead, I was attended to by Frank (🤮❌🤬), whose service did not meet the standards I have come to expect. I found his demeanor to be rather condescending, which was disheartening, particularly because I do not possess extensive mechanical knowledge and appreciate a respectful, professional interaction. I do not wish to diminish the overall reputation of Lexus in Honolulu based on a single interaction, as my previous experiences with the entire staff have been consistently positive and professional.
