Our chimney box had become wet and the siding spongy, and the woodpecker who discovered it was waking us up every day at 6 am. We contacted three companies who said online they did those repairs. After contacting Scott's Painting and Staining, crew chief Manuel was out the next day. He gave us a thorough and fair estimate, and pointed out a few other boards of siding that also needed repair. They began work the following week, the hottest week of June, and did we pick the right company. His crew was thorough and very professional. Manuel stopped in twice a day to answer any questions and check on progress. He kept telling us our satisfaction was top priority, and he was right. I thought I was picky. The work was top notch, and the materials matched our other siding perfectly. They finished the job by painting the entire house and installing the new shutters we bought online. We are very happy with the results. Our neighbors have stopped to say how great the house looks, and we have recommended Scott's three times already. Great job, impressive workmanship. And no more woodpecker!
