I’ve been a customer of Schagrin since moving to DE almost 10 years ago. Schagrin handles maintenance for my HVAC systems, generator and provides propane deliveries. Through the years I purchased a house Generator, added gas lines directly to outdoor fire pit and grill. The installers have always treated my property with respect. Their service is excellent. I’ve dealt with Kyle Quam, office manager and customer service mgr and have the utmost respect for him. He listens, cares about customer issues, resolving them in a professional manner. Finding that level of care isn’t always the case with businesses. He should be commended for going the ‘extra mile’ to make certain customers feel it.

Very happy with the service I've received from Schagrin over the past two years. The dispatch team truly takes ownership of ensuring that appointments are scheduled as quickly as possible. During a recent service call, Angel arrived on time and got right to work diagnosing our HVAC issue. He was exceptionally polite and friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and diligent in identifying the cause and offering to check our back up heating source to be used while parts are ordered. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service and technical service from Schagrin's dedicated employees.

Considering the inconviences of the latest Storm I wanted to extend a "Shout Out" to Schagringas for their excellent service in monitoring our Propane levels during the difficult conditions the latest storm had created. Over the last 12+ years they have continued to provide us excellent and reliable service and we are confident they could be of great service to you should you be considering a change in providers.
