Saturn Electric

We just had an excellent experience with Saturn Electric! Just old-fashioned good service, exactly what we all want. A bedroom switch had stopped working, followed by our kitchen light fixture, another switch issue we learned. It was easy to set up the appointment. Brad was on time, knowledgeable, and thorough. Will absolutely use them again!

I contacted Saturn Electric to replace a thermostat for a floor warmer. The scheduling process was excellent — the receptionist was very friendly and made a real effort to get me the soonest available appointment. The electrician who came out was equally professional, courteous, and clearly focused on resolving the issue. I was informed in advance of the $79 service fee, which I expected and found reasonable. Once the electrician arrived, he explained that the total cost, would include the installation and an electrical inspection, increasing the cost of an additional $226 — bringing the total to $305. While the work was done properly, I hadn’t expected an inspection to be part of what I thought would be a simple installation. That added expense caught me a bit off guard. In fairness, it may be standard in the electrical industry to perform and charge for an inspection before installation, so I can’t say the pricing was unreasonable — just more than I anticipated. I also felt a bit stuck, since declining the work would still have meant paying the $79 service fee. I think I would be more satisfied if Saturn Electric would have applied the service fee toward the final bill, as some other companies do. That approach could help make the total cost feel more balanced and transparent. Overall, the team was professional and friendly, and the work was done right. I just recommend asking detailed questions upfront about what the total charges might include.

What a great experience. Brad was nice, magnificent, punctual, and a good communicator. He made sure I understood the complexities of the job to get the results I wanted. The electrical work was a challenge and Brad is a highly skilled creative electrician with the highest work ethic and integrity. He protected my home and kept a clean work area. Everyone in the office is so helpful and kind. Saturn Electrical came highly recommended by a reputable handyman, and I concur. Very happy with the results.
