It is no surprise that Sanchez HVAC has a At grade at the BBB. As others say, they are respectful and experts in their field. They may have saved my family's lives this upcoming winter. They informed us of carbon monoxide dangers with our old furnaces, while our old HVAC company never tested carbon monoxide nor recommend that we get new furnaces. Pedro Sanchez and his awesome partner Brendan installed our new furnaces within the next couple days after their first visit. Like Pedro, Brendan is also an expert in his field and very respectful with excellent communication skills. As important as it was getting new furnaces, it was vital that anyone coming into our home follow a house rule pertaining to our age and chronic health conditions. Pedro and Brendan followed our house rule with respect, while other HVAC people could not guarantee that they would do so. Pedro and Brendan valuing our health and going above and beyond professionally has sealed them as our permanent HVAC company. Plus Pedro was flexible and understanding about my original payment option not working and he even called me after business hours to sort it out. He also gave us a ten percent discount on our furnaces, and he even bought us two new carbon monoxide and smoke combo detectors. Sanchez HVAC was very responsive, arriving within hours of my call. Turned out my furnace needed to be replaced and they were able to pull the permit for me and get it installed quickly. Pedro, Brendan and Fernando were very professional, efficient and friendly.
