My Remodel was far less stressful then we imagined and thats a big thank you to roys Builders. From the first meeting with eli, he explained how everything would work from material purchasing, permitting, design etc. We had a general idea for the remodel that didnt work in our home layout but he immediately came up with a new plan that honestly came out even better then we imagined. We genuinely felt comfortable with him from the very beginning. As far as the construction goes, the crew was very respectful, before they even picked up any tools, everything was covered in plastic and paper, every day before they left everything was spotless. Anytime we had any questions or concerns, they answered immediately and took care of whatever was necessary. Overall was just a pleasure to work with them. They really made this experience fun. I would absolutely use Roys builders again and already recommended them to a few colleagues and friends.

Roy's Builders recently tranformed our kitchen and we're beyond excited about the results. The team was friendly and helpful, and very considerate while working at our house. Roy's Builders remodeled our home in a way that beat our expectations in all aspects, including professionalism and timeliness. Right from day one, they kept us informed with all aspects of the construction. They did addition of a new bedroom with bath, remodeling of kitchen and remodeling of master bathroom. They also added more living space by moving the walls. They handled the city permit process so efficiently, and that made the project completion happen in a timely manner. Our house looks now so new and beautiful. We were very comfortable to work with Eli, Roy, Daniel and the rest of team. I highly recommend Roy's Builders for any remodeling or new construction of homes. They are simply the best.
