Shawn & Jared were at my house on time, went over exactly what I wanted done, gave me an invoice for the exact amount, then went to work and got the job completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very pleasant to work with and did an excellent job. I will be using them in the future any time I need electrical work done. They installed new outlets, dimmer switches, and light sconces for me, I am very pleased!

I have has Ross Family Electric do work at my house twice. I am very happy with my entire experience with them. Their main phone number is well managed. They either pick up when you call or return calls quickly. In both cases they could schedule someone to be at my house in 1-3 days, and they called when they were leaving for my house. The electricians are friendly, diligent about their work, communicate what they discovered during their inspection, propose what to do to fix the problem before they start any repair work, AND CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I found their pricing to be very reasonable.
