This company made scheduling super easy, it was about a 3 week wait which was ok as I just needed a yearly inspection. They sent reminder text messages about once a week, which was nice so I didn’t forget. On the day of service the employee called to let me know he was about 10 mins away and arrived on time for the appointment I made. He was extremely friendly, personable and professional. I am confident that he knew what he was doing! The visit took less than an hour. I would definitely recommend this company!

This was the first time that I used Rocky Mountain Climate and I was very pleased. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Steve was my service technician. He was very professional and courteous, and was great with my dogs! Even my most shy dog was nearly sitting in his lap by the time he was leaving. It was also nice not to get a sales pitch to buy a new system, which has been my typical experience with some of the bigger name companies in town. The service charge was also a nice surprise. Much cheaper than the large companies charge. I will definitely be using Rocky Mountain in the future.
