Woke up to no water in the house and quickly determined there was a leak in the water main between the city line and my home. I called Rock Solid Heating and Plumbing, and John responded right away. He came out, assessed the issue, and confirmed that the City of Anchorage needed to shut off the water. Rather than delaying service, John explained he had just received an urgent call from an elderly couple in the Valley and asked if he could send another technician to me instead. I appreciated the honesty and agreed. While waiting for the city and the second technician, I received a call from Michel, who clearly explained the situation and let me know he was on his way. He arrived shortly after and got straight to work. Once the water was shut off, Michel completed the repair in under 30 minutes. Both technicians were professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Rock Solid Heating and Plumbing for any emergency or general heating and plumbing needs. They’ve absolutely earned my business going forward.

I was a new customer to Rock Solid. We had extremely cold temperatures. I had been without power for approximately 48 hours. Rock Solid put me on the schedule the same day I called. Michael came out and quickly diagnosed the failed igniter. He efficiently replaced the fragile part and made sure the boiler was working properly and that I had hot water. Paige handled the calls and was so organized to prioritize the urgency of the call of a new customer to ensure that my pipes did not freeze. Their employees had worked so many overtime hours during this extreme cold spell. Both employees were very patient and were upbeat, but, I know they had to be exhausted. Rock Solid services the Anchorage area to Indian, (i believe) north thru the Mat-Su Valley. Their scheduling is extremely efficient. Paige was aware of the status of the repair jobs Michael was working on prior to my appointment and knew when he was expected to finish and his arrival time to my address. I'm very satisfied with Rock Solids response to my crisis! I highly recommend them!!!

Rock Solid sent out a couple of guys for a furnace and water heater install and they were both incredibly respectful and knowledgeable. Kyle in particular patiently walked through a series of questions I had before hand while communicating the logistics of time and space and access for the project. He provided his number and kept in contact with me through the install and even after was kind enough to take a call and review additional clarifications I had. The system works great and I really appreciate the service and interactions. Would utilize this company again in a heartbeat. Thanks RockSolid!
