My central air unit went out about 2 months ago. And my furnace is 38 years old. So I called Mike Gruelich from Robin Aire. Who was previously my neighbor. He scheduled an appointment to give an estimate for the next afternoon! On a Thursday! Quoted the job, explained 3 options and scheduled installation for that Monday! Team came in! Out with the old, in with the new! Very professional! Brand new Lennox furnace and central air unit installed! Big difference in air flow for my home. I couldn’t be any happier! Prompt and professional service. Technician went above and beyond to explain and educate. Inspection and cleaning was very thorough. Paperwork was handled for the consumers energy rebate. The service was excellent and the process was easy. The only negative overall is that the lead time for an appointment was longer than desired.
