Great folks and fantastic service. We needed a lot of work done to bring our house up to code and to fix some faulty outlets that were there from when we purchased the home a few months ago. Rivertown Electric did a thorough job of replacing our panel, rewiring every single outlet (they found some outlets I didn't even knew existed), restoring power to our outdoor lights, and installing new switches for our basement lights. We worked directly with Frank for the process. He did a good job of walking me through everything they would be doing, and did not try to upsell me on anything. (He even helped me save some money on the panel based on our usage). He was incredibly informative, calm, and helpful throughout the entire time. They back their work by a lifetime guarantee (as long as we live in the house), and that came in handy right away. There was an issue with our dishwasher not turning on, and we thought it was the new electric outlet. Rivertown Electric sent someone out that afternoon to fix it. (turns out, we actually just needed a new dishwasher as the previous one was very old). But if we ever have another electrical problem, I feel confident knowing that we will get prompt service from Rivertown Electric. We will keep going back to Rivertown Electric for our electrical wiring needs.

Rivertown was a pleasure to work with and did an exceptional job! I communicated with Rich and Ryan performed the majority of the work. It was not a large project in the grand scheme of projects, but it was a very meaningful project for me. The building was built from the ground up. Rich was there with me every step of the way. One thing I truly valued was his exceptional customer service and response time to emails. I found throughout this endeavor it is not common for a contractor to actually communicate. Rich went as far as helping me find new contractors for the jobs I was not getting contractors to return my calls or emails. In regards to the actual electrical, Rivertown wired the building for its own power source separate from the house. They wired the heat, mini split AC, outlets, garage door openers, a water heater, septic, ceiling fans, and an underwater treadmill for dogs (I’m sure I’m forgetting something). This space will serve as personal use and for my business. Rich communicated with all other contractors to determine the best course of action on timing and placement of things. The over head lights are probably the most impressive. They are wired as 2 separate switches, allowing 2 rows to be on or all 4. And the lights aren’t bothersome or too bright for the space. They are perfect! Rivertown used a program to calculate exactly how many lights would be needed to illuminate the space appropriately, based on the flooring and the walls, as well as the size and height. They did a fabulous job!! I HIGHLY recommend Rivertown, and am so grateful they took on this project! They are a huge reason for why it was such a success!

Calling Rivertown Electric was one of the best decisions we've made for upgrading our old home. Rich helped us with a very affordable plan. Eric and Max completed all the work promptly, efficiently, and professionally. We appreciated the way they cleanup after themselves, too. We will definitely call them back for more help.
