I will admit we when we all the 5 star reviews, we thought, no way this company could be this great, but they are!!! They installed new plumbing in the garage where we were installing a utility sink. They responded promptly, gave a fair bid, arrived on time, were easy to communicate with and conducted the work with utmost care, professionalism, and cleanliness. Stephen and his crew were friendly and polite and the work looks great. They cleaned up and we are truly pleased. If we ever need plumbers work again, we will be calling them and will not hesitate to refer friends

Simeon came out the same day I phoned him. I was super impressed by Simeon’s knowledge and he found a way to restore running water to the house the same day he first came out. He gave us a very fair price for a whole house repipe through the attic. We were able to get the job going right away. They do everything by the book including filing for the City building permit and successfully meeting with the Building Inspector to get us back to normal ASAP. They are very honest, kind people and good communicators with straightforward explantations of the scope of the work. They seemed to have unlimited energy and worked long hours to get us back to normal as quickly as possible. Even when they were working in my home’s very hot attic space they were always positive and smiling. They were so patient when explaining things. They took great care to keep the dust and dirt contained by masking with plastic sheeting and putting down drop cloths to cover all the floors. They cleaned up every day before they left and we had running water every night. They arrived promptly and on time when they said they would be here and they kept us well informed of their plans. Their care and professionalism kept the disruption of a whole house repipe to the absolute minimum. We didn’t even need to move out of the house. And they went out of their way to do extra things to make it easier for us. While they had the plumbing open, we asked them to install an outdoor utility sink. Just like everything else, the quality of their work installing the sink was excellent. The new copper pipes were beautiful in the walls before they patched and closed the drywall. Simeon is very talented at matching the original drywall texture. You can’t tell there were any holes ever made. Perfect!
