I was referred to Renew Plumbing by a family member who spoke very highly of them. I do not write gushing reviews often, but when I do, it’s for businesses that DESERVE PRAISE & GRATITUDE. I called in the morning and was lucky enough to get same-day service for what I thought was a broken garbage disposal — the disposal was fine, but some pipes under my sink were not installed correctly and were literally coming apart. The plumber informed me and quickly worked to replace and repair the pipes. He also took the time and effort to tack my dishwasher hose in the proper place for function, tighten my faucet and its handle (which was loose), as well as secured my freezer door handle properly back to my fridge. Renew Plumbing will have me and my family as customers for life. The plumber (who also happened to be the owner) is the kindest and most respectful human… He loves what he does, is extremely experienced, and does a 12/10 job, going above and beyond to make the customer happy. Renew Plumbing is great. They have helped us on a few occasions and this most recent was a doozy with a cracked water main. They were quick to get out to us when the problem arose and diagnosed the issue swiftly. I felt that their pricing was fair and transparent. Kaden was our point person near the end of that project and was such a nice guy. Josh also showed up within the hour when I called today about a new leak that was detected. That brought me a lot of peace of mind.
