Communication was fantastic, the guys were here within two hours. They laid out some potential options in the case it was not able to be fixed. Diagnosed the tank and were able to get the pilot light back on and the heater working. All the while taking the time to educate me on the heater itself which I found amazing. Super friendly and wanted to make sure we got hot water back and going. Will be using them again in the situation something happens. Thanks guys!
