Red Rock Mechanical has replaced our hot water heater and gas furnace, installed a whole house humidifier and done some smaller plumbing jobs including an emergency where they showed up about 90 minutes after my call. All good work no problems. They are always courteous, efficient and happy to share knowledge when I ask maintenance questions. They are my go-to HVAC outfit. Good guys. We hit the Heat Pump installation lottery with Doug and his team over at Red Rock Mechanical! Had it installed last week, just in time for the 100+ degree day we are having and we couldn’t be happier! In fact, last night, our three year old asked me to “move the sun to make it warmer” because he thought it was chilly in the house!

I had booked an appointment with them and they never showed up or called to let me know they weren’t going to show up. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a common thing. They must be doing well enough as a business to blow off potential sales/customers, but they won’t be getting mine.
