So, my husband and I called literally 2 days before the big snow a few weeks ago, and they were able to squeeze us in the day before, actually the day of, because the snow came that night. Terry was so kind, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with over the phone, setting up the appointment. Dan is who came out to put in our generator electrical switch and hook it up. He is also very kind, and patient! Not only did he do the work quickly and efficiently, he stayed while my husband ran and got fuel, and showed us how to use it safely and test it.
