RDZ Plumbing and Drains

A+ first experience with RDZ Plumbing - had some weirdness with my hot water heater and they called me back and sent over a total professional (shoutout to Mariana!) on the same day and within an hour or so of calling their office. On top of that, this was on a Sunday when other companies were closed or otherwise not helpful. Response was fantastic, price was excellent, and the service and advice they gave was phenomenal. On top of that, they're a legit family-owned small business that clearly still cares about the people who share their neighborhood and building relationships with their clients. Very strong recommendation for RDZ and can say they've definitely gotten a lifelong customer from a stellar first visit.

I had RDZ Plumbing install an electric hybrid water heater in my home here in the Bay Area. Manuel, Juan, and Frederico work very well as a team. They were meticulous and accommodating throughout the whole process. The price was very good too!

RDZ are life savers! We came home to our first floor condo to find water backed up in our kitchen sink. Some quick googling let us know this was an emergency and if the neighbors upstairs wake up in the morning and start the dishwasher or something, we would have a flooded kitchen if we didn't take care of this tonight. I called one place, they said they'd call back but never heard back from them. After an hour of waiting for the other company's call back, I called RDZ. I explained the issue, they asked me some questions, and she said "let me call my plumber and I'll call you back in about 5 minutes" well 5 min or less later she called, said the plumbers are already gathering what they need, reviewed the costs with me, they got here within 30 min of my first call to them in the middle of the night, fixed the problem, cleaned up, and the invoice was exactly what they told me it would be - no shenanigans. I will be calling them for all my future plumbing needs!
