It took the mega pipe cleaner to deal with our "issue" but Dylan battled through in nasty cold drizzly weather to do it and for that we are very grateful. I highly recommend this firm. You are dealing with individuals, not a faceless call centre when you ring up for help. They turn up when they say they are going to and they do a great job. They also installed a new wax ring on one of our toilets and that was done very well. Not a company I want to "have" to call, because who wants conversations about blocked drains and problems. It is though, one I am very happy to know is available for when this sort of thing occurs.

Nothing like realizing that your hot water heater decided to self-destruct on a Sunday morning when you are going to take a shower..... I made the call to their answering service & was contacted within minutes. They confirmed what was needed with me, loaded a replacement & were at my door in about an hour. Install was perfect & price was on point as well. I will not hesitate to call again if & when we need anything they can do. Thank You guys!

We were able to get an appointment next day. Rich Thomas came and fixed our propane leak in no time at all. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He cleaned up everything before leaving. We would absolutely recommend this company.
