2/17/2026 Thank you Steve Musgrove (estimator), Nick Contreras and Robert Ramirez (technicians), did a fantastic job with replacing our old (non-code compliant) main water line from the city meter through the foundation into my home. Steve came out and provided a solid estimate for the main line as well as other plumbing we will be addressing a bit later down the road. Project started on 2/5/2026 completed and passed inspection on 2/12/2026 We started with the main line to have a good foundation for the future replumb. Aside from some hick-ups with coordinating the other projects going on in my home, and some excavator confusion, the main line was replaced professionally and up to code...in my personal opinion Nick and Robert went above and beyond installing the new main line as if my home were their own. Nick and Robert are beasts! (Anyone who knows plumbing will understand). They communicated with me at every point and informed me throughout the process (excellent communication). I was extremely impressed with both of these gentlemen's work ethic and efficient working relationship. When most plumbers would have called it a day they continued to get the job done right. They had several curveballs they hit out of the park! When all was said and done...this is one happy customer. Would recommend to family members.

Work started 2/9/2026 completed 2/11/2026 Update 2/17/2026 Thank you Nick Emery (estimator), Karsten Kuhwede and the young man assisting with the install (I'm sorry, but I did not catch his name) did a fantastic job. The estimate Nick provided for the panel upgrade from 100AMP to 200AMP service for our new/old home was extremely professional. Steve is very knowledgeable in the electrical field and we were able to zero in on the right strategy to complete the estimate for the upgrade the way it should have been done years ago (still has live old knob and tube). The price was a bit higher than I anticipated, but then again what hasn't increased in price over the last decade. That being said, Nick went about a beyond to get the plan for what I needed and ran the way I wanted alone what getting me approved for the loan to complete the work. I did sign up for their service plan as it not only provided me with a discount on the upgrade, but also on my future upgrades and repairs. The day of the install Karsten Kuhwede and the young man assisting with the install (ones again...I'm sorry, but I did not catch his name) did a fantastic job. I can't say enough good things about their work ethic and professionalism. The had the new panel installed the first day. R Buck coordinated beautifully with Black Hills Energy to get the power transferred from the old panel to the new one. Both technicians worked like a single unit and it was a sight to see. They had the new wires run for the HVAC condensing unit and to the interior subpanel and made it look easy! (Just an FYI It's not). They coordinated the transfer of power smoothly and we lost power for such a short period of time, it was hardly noticeable. Everything is finally grounded properly and my new panel is beautiful! GREAT JOB! Would recommend to family.

We have been extremely disappointed with our experience with this company over the past year, and the attached photos show exactly why. We were on a paid service subscription and had multiple technicians in our home for inspections and maintenance, including a furnace inspection approximately one month ago. Despite repeatedly calling about a furnace leak we noticed early on, we were given different explanations by different technicians, and the issue was never properly identified or resolved. The photos attached were taken today and show extensive rust, corrosion, water damage, and a heavily contaminated blower fan. These conditions were documented today by both another HVAC company and by this company’s own technician. Rust, corrosion, standing water, and this level of dirt buildup do not appear overnight, nor do they develop in the span of a single month. This raises serious concerns about how thoroughly our system was actually inspected under the service plan we paid for. One of the most alarming incidents occurred during a prior service visit when a technician was working inside our furnace while my husband and I were present. The technician stated the blower motor had shorted out and bypassed the system by connecting it to other wiring. The blower motor immediately caught fire in front of us. We were forced to retrieve and use our own fire extinguisher. The blower motor was replaced due to this incident, and we were charged approximately $800 for the repair. Ultimately, after another visit today, we sought a second opinion once the technician left and were told the damage has progressed to the point that our entire furnace and AC system must now be replaced. Had the leak and corrosion been properly identified and addressed when we first reported concerns, it is very possible this situation would not have escalated to a full system replacement. Another ongoing issue was sales pressure. During routine inspection visits, technicians were required to present three different quotes each time, which felt inappropriate and predatory during what should have been maintenance appointments. Based on our experience, the service subscription did not deliver what was promised, critical issues were missed, and trust was ultimately lost. We can no longer recommend this company.
