The staff was easy to work with. I called and in 2-hours there was a service tech at my house. He had the problem solved in no time. Very friendly. Came out had the septic dug, and opened in 15-minutes. Cleared the pipe between the house and tank. Getting the drain working. Edit: 3-weeks later drain still working.
