Proline Plumbing and Sewer

Proline Plumbing went above-and-beyond in helping me with a plumbing emergency. They were able to send Andre over within a few hours of my call. He was friendly and knowledgeable and quickly replaced a broken angle stop valve that had turned a small project (replacing a bidet) into a potential disaster. He then made several recommendations for replacing other angle stops that were likely to start leaking soon. I quickly made another appointment with Proline. Tristan was sent for that project, and he was just as helpful and friendly as Andre. He worked efficiently to replace old parts with new ones that will keep the water flowing well for years to come. He also installed the new bidet that I was struggling with. It was completed to perfection! Proline will be my first call the next time I need a plumber.

Proline plumbing came to my house and andre? Was very friendly and efficient getting my drain unclogged. Even though it was getting late and could have rushed through so he could get home. Wasnt sure what to expect since it was through a home warranty company which is giving us issues separately so I was hesitant after the last tech for another home issue was very substandard. And wasnt even the correct tech. We discussed other minor plumbing issues that he recommended and I agree I want done if they are approve. I'm hoping to hear from them with the exact plan in writing so I can confront the warranty company with the recommendations proline made. And would be more than happy and at ease if proline does it. Andre and Dennis were awesome! The leak was found and repaired quickly. My wife and I would definitely recommend your company to all our friends and family in the future. Sandra in dispatch was also awesome when i had to reschedule our first appointment. A big thank you to Tony as well!
