Client Reviews
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Pro Temp of Illinois. They recently installed a new furnace and A/C unit for us, and the entire process was seamless. From the initial quote to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They left our home spotless and took the time to explain how to operate our new system. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services!
I recently had Pro Temp of Illinois install a new furnace and AC system, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. After gathering multiple quotes from different companies, Pro Temp stood out immediately—not only for offering the best price, but for their professionalism and responsiveness from the very beginning. From the moment I reached out, Edy was exceptional. She answered every question promptly, even after hours, and kept me informed at each step. That level of communication gave me complete confidence in choosing them. The installation itself was smooth and efficient. The team arrived on time, worked cleanly, and handled everything with precision. A couple of small issues popped up during the setup—nothing unusual for a big job—but what impressed me was how quickly they resolved everything. Their communication was so effective that problems never felt like problems; they were simply handled. Overall, Pro Temp delivered outstanding service, great value, and a stress-free experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality HVAC installation and a company that truly cares about its customers.
ProTemp of Illinois did a wonderful job. Jamie came out to provide an estimate the same day I called, even though it was late in the day. Two days later, Julio and his partner came and installed a new furnace and AC, taking away my old units and making sure everything was clean and back together before they left. Everything is working great. Thank goodness... with the heat we've been having, we would have been miserable! Jamie even took care of all the rebate paperwork for me.
