Pro Tech Multimedia Solutions did an outstanding job installing a new outdoor tv and patio lights last week. Highly recommend them!!! I wasn't sure what I needed for the space, and Marcus designed a solution that works so well.

I can’t say enough fantastic things about Marcus! He is so honest and sincere. He has an incredible work ethic. He is like the Energizer Bunny and he just doesn’t stop until the job is done perfectly. He hardwired a new network for us and set up outdoor cameras and lights and got all our indoor cameras working. He also baby-proofed our main floor and even brought presents for my one year old! To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement! My household is 3 generations of women who don’t know the first thing about fixing things, electrical/IT or what things cost. Unlike most other companies, he never tried to take advantage of our lack of knowledge. He was completely transparent in every item he needed to get and what he needed to do. I will be using him for literally anything I can think of in our household! Excellent professional with a wonderful heart. Doesn’t get better than that.

Marcus and his team did an amazing job installing access controls and cameras at a commercial property for me. Prompt, professional, and personable AND did the job for 1/3 cheaper than the next lowest estimate. He'll bend over backwards to make sure the job is done to your satisfaction. Would highly recommend.
