When my instant hot water heater went on the blink...you know, the one that I got a special price on 8 years ago, I tried to contact the installer for service...HE DIDN'T EXIST ANYMORE. In desperation, I found Mark Plummer...did not know Mark but after his survey and honest assessment of my unit, I had the choice of service to the existing unit or a replacement unit of superior quality with outstanding warranty, I decided to replace and upgrade the unit on Marks recommendations. Mark is a third generation plumber, in other words...he knows plumbing inside and out. Mark explained the shortcomings of the installation he was having to replace and I understood, he had the patience and took the time to help me understand. I am an old retired electrical contractor...I don't speak plumbing. Mark had given me his estimate promptly, I accepted and the following day he was there on time and replaced the unit that same day. He worked quietly, efficiently, showed up with all the parts he needed and left my home after using 'his' broom and dustpan to clean up after himself. I was enjoying a hot shower that very evening. When I shook his hand that afternoon, I felt like I not only found an outstanding and honest plumber to help me in the future but I had made a friend in the plumbing industry...that matters! Mark even loved on my two Boxers who constantly vied for his attention and that really matters. This man, Mark Plummer is an honest gentleman, & a true craftsman in every sense of the word. Mark answered my call for help early Saturday when I had no hot water. He is very knowledgeable & professional- did an outstanding job on our replacement unit and got our hot water back before 3pm. Wow! So happy we called him first.
