I had a helpful and speedy experience with Pro Detailing and Undercoating. I sent a message on a Sunday asking for a breakdown of the services for undercoating for my new car and which one people tend to choose the most. I didn't expect a reply until the week, but I was pleasantly surprised to get a detailed response in 15 minutes! Didn't have an issue setting up the appointment, and on the day of the undercoating I waited with the vehicle and they had it done in around 45 minutes, compared to the 1/1hr 15 quoted. We will definitely be bringing our vehicles back for yearly undercoating and also detailing. Oh, another thing was they didn't try to upsell me on detailing and were casual about how I could make an appointment for the next year. I appreciate the great service, knowledge, and lack of pushiness :)
