They let me know when to expect him, he let me know that he was on his way, he let me know what he was doing with each stage of his work perform. He was very thorough, giving me options and relevant costs. I really appreciate him. diagnosing quickly the issue and doing checks to make sure there are no other issues contributing to the trouble we were having. He was respectful to me, to my house, to my very curious cat. Excellent service!

Furnace had shut down over night. Tech responded 2 hours after called. Up and running in 20 minutes. Did a full inspection & suggested needed repairs. Tech was young, but very knowledgeable. Good work, always very satisfied with ProAir.

Had my furnace stop working at 1am in Jan during the 30 below temps !! Called proair & Darren came out ay 1am to repair it. He took the time to explain what issue was, how he was going to fix it and future furnace replacement options if wanted yet also gave advice on how to extend life of current furnace in meantime...he was excellent. Im divorced mom with adult children on spectrum & we were cold when no one else would answer or come out due to time or negative temps Pro Air did!!!! Highly recommend!
