When it comes to items that can go wrong in your home that most people know nothing about I rank the septic system at the top of the list. With that said it leaves the customer in a very vulnerable position to trust who you look to for help. I can honestly say that Cody and Anthony came out and took a lot of pride in their work. The tank hadn’t been cleaned in 15 years and you could tell. They made sure the tank was washed out and cleaned before leaving. They also used their jet cleaner to clean out a blockage in our second bathroom. I’m so glad we found a company that still believes in treating the customer fairly and honest.

I looked around and called a few companies. When I phoned Price, I placed a service request immediately. Friendly, straightforward help on the phone. She told me they could probably squeeze us in tomorrow. She gave me a cost estimate based on the size of my home. I thanked her and expected service the next day. My phone rang an hour later. Shane said he had an opening and asked if he could do the service right now. I said sure and a few minutes later they arrived. Their truck and equipment is clean. I had no idea where the septic tank was. They got straight to work, located the tank and took care of everything. Super friendly and professional. The cleaned up so well, you would never know they were here. The bill was exactly what they estimated. From first phone call to fixed in mere hours. I'm very happy. We'll tell everyone to call Price.
Good company. I contacted them to have my septic pumped and they arrived on time and did a great job pumping out the tank. Did not take all that long for them to dig up the access holes and pump out all the sludge that had accumulated over the past 25 years. They did a good job of cleaning up the area before they left. I will be using them for any future needs.
