A/C was down and out! And with this 90 degree heat coming down on us I wasn’t going to play with my family’s well being. I sort of figured out what the problem was but these HVAC/Heat Pump systems can be very complex. I usually do my own handy work in home but when it comes to get it fix fast I leave it to the Pros. I called Present A/C service around 9am and Mr Dorsey showed up at 11am exactly when he said he would. He Got the blower unit out within few minutes after some isolating troubleshooting. He went out for about an hour to get a replacement. Within 30 minutes of him returning and installing the blower unit we went from sad and depressed to happy and blessed. Mr Dorsey was prompt and very professional. He took the time to check if the unit was under warranty and it turned out to be just out of it. Very reasonable. The cost was lower expected after doing my own research and talking to other AC companies. Highly recommended and will look to Mr Dorsey for any future A/C issues.
