Santiago came out to fix a leaky hose bib that was beyond a DIY task for me. He had to break through the concrete, which he did carefully, and repatch with new stucco in order to replace the entire copper piece on the outside. He also replaced it with a new nut and a new stem. He was very neat and efficient. For having to break through the concrete, I believe the price he charged was fair and he was very transparent upon arrival of what the price would be depending on the extent of the work.
