Precision Home Services were highly recommended from a trusted friend to have a furnace maintenance check. It had not had any maintenance for years and was making a weird sound occasionally. The office staff was very helpful and scheduled it within 2 weeks. Prior to the maintenance person arriving, he sent a photo of himself and a specific time of arrival. He found a CO leak inside the furnace and immediately shut off the gas. Within an hour, another employee arrived to determine the extent of the replacement project and the cost. Within a week they procured the furnace and found time in a busy schedule to do the installation. A team of two replaced the furnace, brought everything up to code, replaced old pipes and added safety features. They were polite, answered all my questions fully so that I could understand and were very respectful of their surroundings. They made sure all heating and hot water were working perfectly before they left. They left the area spotless, removing all the old parts and other work-related stuff. I am now going to use them for all home services. I cannot recommend them more highly! The photo is of the new furnace.

I had the pleasure of working with Ed, Beau, and Ryun throughout the entire process. I had three different companies come out to look at my heating system, but Ryun and Beau really stood out with their excellent customer service and knowledge. Ryun took the time to thoroughly inspect the system instead of immediately pushing a full furnace replacement. He showed me photos and clearly explained the issue, which I really appreciated. Ed completed the new gas furnace installation and did a wonderful job. He answered all of my questions, and the installation was quick, clean, and seamless from start to finish. The estimate was reasonable, and the overall experience was smooth and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Precision Home Services is the best company I have had servicing my home, bar none!! I came to Precision through serendipity -- the failure of American Home Shield (whom I had contracted since 1999 when I bought my house in California; when I moved to Massachusetts in 2023, I contracted them as well) in providing me covered service in Clinton MA, citing that they didn't have any contractor servicing my area and told me to find my own contractor and then reimburse me. That's when Precision came into my picture. I was happy with the maintenance team and signed up for its annual HVAC maintenance plan. When AHS failed to reimburse me for Precision's initial maintenance trip, I cancelled my AHS home warranty, after 26 years!! What's the point of paying for the "peace of mind" that isn't there when you need it!! As to Precision, I was impressed with its maintenance team and ventured to ask for a complete review of my HVAC system (which I already did with two other contractors; but after spending over $3,000, I didn't get any improvement in my comfort level). Mike, the estimator, came and did a comprehensive review; I was impressed with his attention to detail and expertise. So I proceeded with replacing the system for the main floor and basement and improving the mini-split system for the 2/F. Ed and Tom showed up for the work. Throughout the 4 days, they executed their work with care, expertise, patience and respect. Precision, you ARE the best; keep up the great work!! I hope more homeowners would have the opportunity to enjoy your service. BTW, I rarely write review; only do so for the very best and the truly worst.
