So happy we chose Potts. Had a good feeling when we met with Montel and were quoted a fair price for moving our service, plus installing a new electrical panel and adding a generator shut off switch. Also, at the time of our quote we were made aware of a prior unsafe situation created by another electrician (which they fixed, leaving us with a nice safe and warm fuzzy feeling when we go to sleep now!) Our Installer, Sean did a great job. He did the job quickly; and he did a great job (organizing the wires in the new panel and mounting the boxes and additional wires on our siding so nicely). Sean did a great job communicating with us along the way and was very diligent about the quality of his work. Also, we would remiss if we did not mention that our family life is a little action packed and hectic, especially with our autistic son around. Sean was so patient and unphased by all the extra chaos! Thank you for making us feel like a valued customer.

Brandon and his crew were absolutely outstanding — truly above and beyond a 5-star experience. They arrived early, got right to work, and upgraded our home from a 100-amp to a 200-amp service flawlessly. The entire team was professional, respectful, and incredibly efficient. Communication was excellent from start to finish — Brandon kept us informed every step of the way and made the whole process stress-free. The quality of their work speaks for itself. 10/10 recommend without hesitation!
