He also took the time to educate me on different valves and fittings, ensuring I understood their benefits. More recently, when a pipe burst in my main line, Charles responded quickly and thoroughly. Instead of just a quick fix, he identified the root cause: the pipe lacked proper support, which led to instability and ultimately caused the burst. He ensured a lasting repair by affixing the pipe to the wall and making sure everything was stable and secure, and he even replaced cheap plastic connections from my recent total home water filter system install with durable metal fittings. I've used Charles many times over the years and cannot speak highly enough of him and his work. My most recent project was a home filter install where I did the filter install and had Charles do the final hookup (the hard part). I'm a very particular person with regard to my work around the house, and this install was no different. As always, Charles was up to the task and finished everything up beautifully. Its tough to find good people that do good work but Charles is the exception. Everything is always first class across the board - communication, reaction time, quality of work, expertise, fair price, and overall experience.
