Will and Rick were very easy to work with on getting my house fixed up from hail damage this past summer. Their crew did an excellent job with the roofing, siding, fascia, downspouts, and garage doors. The job site was always left clean at the end of the day. I didn't have to clean up my yard when they were done. They did an excellent job of picking up even nails with magnetic devices. Their product selection was excellent and the quality of work was excellent as well. I would highly recommend them if you want your house done right!
I was at the McDonald's at 12:00 today 56th & 1st ave. I picked up my curbside order and attempted to leave. A pickup driven by (who appeared to be the owner) an older man, refused to let me squeeze in front of him, so I couldn't leave. I didn't want to cut in line, just leave. He got as close as he could to the car in front of him. As far as calling your business, I e-mailed your company to see if I could get a reply which didn't happen. I had to wait 15 minutes, for the common decency of the man behind him to let me out. I would of even paid for his lunch, just for giving me some space to leave. As far as bashing your business, Wrong. I relayed exactly what happend. The point is, this mentality reflects terribly on a business. It's juvenile the way this man acted. From reading your reply it only reinforces the mentality that an attitude adjustment is in order from the employees at this company. BTW. Your illegally tinted windows make it difficult to determine the driver's age. Will refer and already have, this experience to others in search of roofing and siding replacement. Common courtesy would have gone a long way. Instead it showed me this is a company to avoid doing businesses with. And as far as "true professionalism", goes. Getting your company vehicle as close as possible REPEATEDLY to the one in front, (when I just wanted to leave) is a concept your company specifically needs to learn. As far as hiding, I rolled down my window to explain why, I just wanted to get past him. After reading your ridiculous response, I'll be certain that other potential customers read it. They can decide on their own now. A simply apology would have resolved it. This is the way respectable companies operate. All you have done is reinforce what I've stated from the beginning.
Was great to begin with. They did an excellent job working with insurance and getting us initially squared away. Then the leaks started. Jesse came down and fixed it a couple of times but since then have had more leaks and can't get them to return our calls, texts or messages that we've left with them over the past two years. Was lucky one day and was even able to talk to Rick (I believe the owner) which was almost 4 weeks ago and once again he promised Jesse would get in contact with us but that isn't the case, again. From the looks of this, don't expect them to warranty their work like they promise!
