I had used Phoenix a few years ago and decided to call again based on my previous positive experience. He was able to move things around to accommodate our schedules. He diagnosed and fixed my electrical problem when another local company failed and left me with a dead outlet and a ceiling fan parked on my floor. Vincent saved the day.
