PHD Plumbing & HVAC

Pretty much a perfect experience you want to have when your water heater breaks in the middle of winter. Called around after finding a bunch of water on the floor from the old water heater and no one can make it out until the next day to review. Call PHD and they have someone close that is over in 10 minutes after the call. Initial review explains the situation well and is upfront with the cost by pulling it up right from their website so I wasn't getting the "well it'll be something like..." scenario. No extra or hidden costs when the final bill came either. They are able to do the full replacement with a new water heater a few hours later and even got there early from the estimated time. So in the span of ~5-6 hours after finding a broken water heater, I received initial review and full replacement with clear upfront costs. Tina on the phone and in-person workers were knowledgeable and personable too which was great. The stars might have aligned a little to let everything fall into place that perfectly but their response and work definitely warrant a fantastic review/recommendation.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have done plumbing work in our bathroom, kitchen, serviced the hot water heater, and maintained our sump pumps. Tina is so friendly and accomodating, and will pull miracles off in emergencies to make sure she can get one of their extremely talented service techs out to you. Both Robbie and James are experts in their field, and so very friendly and helpful. You just know that - wih them - you are in great hands. Just last week, PHD replaced our leaking and clogged water and sewer lines. It was a HUGE job, but they got it done in 3.5 days, and they did an amazing job. They were efficient, clean, and even fixed some Mickey Mouse-type of plumbing nightmares that were existing. Because the work was going to require us to be without water and sewer for the week, James was so kind to rearrange their work schedule to get our job done while we were away. We got home to a (now) worry free house, and a clean and neat job site that shows just how talented these craftsmen truly are. Their work is first class, their prices very fair, and their reliability is beyond belief. I won't do business with anyone but PHD!

James from PHD came by to service my furnace. It was making a strange noise and not fully turning on. He was awesome. He arrived on time, was Personable, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and gave good advice. My furnace was not a popular brand but he still knew exactly what to do. I also really appreciate the transparency in pricing on website. Tina the office manager made the appointment easy and seamless. I highly recommend.
