Patrick’s Painting was incredible! Patrick carefully detailed all the expenses. Everyone on his crew was positive and professional. They handled complicated wood rot. They added little touches that we didn’t even think about — like repairing the outside garage lights. The results are amazing. It was really a pleasure to do business with Patrick, Jennifer, and their team!

Patrick’s team did an outstanding job on our home! They replaced a lot of our siding and repaired areas with wood rot and everything was done with great care and craftsmanship. They also updated our front porch with cedar posts and railings, which completely transformed the look. The paint job looks fantastic too! Communication was great throughout the entire process, and the crew was very professional and hardworking. It was truly a great experience, and we highly recommend Patrick’s for both painting and woodwork.

I can’t say enough about how positive our experience was with Patrick’s Painting. Beginning with the initial meeting with Patrick to look at the project it was clear that this is a customer first company, dedicated to delivering the desired result to the homeowner. Patrick was very knowledgeable with respect to the products that he uses and explained their process in detail. There was no unnecessary upselling, just honest recommendations based on his experience. I met Patrick at midday and had a proposal early that evening. What I appreciated about the quoting process was the way that you could interactively select the options you wanted for all aspects of the job. I had a relatively small amount of wood rot, but on the proposal, Patrick broke that down by separating what really needed to be replaced and what was optional to replace. In the end I chose to replace all the wood that was noted because I felt the cost of doing so was very reasonable. Leading up to the start of work I had several email communications with Patrick and Jordan to discuss color selection, timeline, etc., and all emails were responded to promptly and professionally. On the morning that work began, the project manager Jennifer was onsite to go over all aspects of the job to ensure that we were completely aligned in every detail. This was a very valuable meeting, and I very much appreciated their willingness to accommodate all our requests. I would also like to point out that Patrick also came onsite on that first morning, which I thought was great. Throughout the project we experienced several days that were complete washouts and some days that were questionable from a weather standpoint. Throughout the entire time I never once had to reach out to Jennifer to find out the plan for the day. She was in constant communication with me, making sure I was informed of the schedule for the day and the planned timeline moving forward. The crew onsite led by Elder was outstanding. There was great attention to detail from cleaning and caulking, all the way through to the completion of the project. If there were any questions about what I wanted throughout the process, Elder would always speak to me about it directly or if I was unavailable through Jennifer, but the focus was always on delivering the best result possible for the homeowner. It was clear that they take great pride in their work and the result was a transformation of our home that we are absolutely thrilled with.
