Jim and Mark have created a great company that has been in business for over 30 years. Patio Room Factory (PRF) offers sunrooms and decks that are made from the finest materials. They have cut out the middleman and deal directly with manufacturers and quality suppliers. This allows PRF to offer high quality sunrooms and decks at a reasonable price. The Patio Room Factory offers creative solutions and delivers a high quality product. PRF developed and submitted all plans to the county and home owners association, secured the necessary permits from the county, and obtained all approvals from the inspectors. The PRF crew prides themselves on doing the job right! They sweat the details and it shows in their work. Their goal is to satisfy the customer and exceed expectations. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Patio Room Factory for your project. I contracted with PRF to modify my existing deck and convert it into a combination sunroom and deck. (Other vendors would only propose to remove and replace the deck with a sunroom, for a much higher price.) PRF did a fabulous job from start to finish. Chris, Steve and Mike removed/replaced the surface of the original deck, leveled and added a subfloor. After building and positioning a gable beam and tying it into my house, they assembled and installed (3) sliding doors, (4) sliding windows, (6) additional fixed window/walls including gable windows, and roof panels which extended beyond the sunroom to cover the adjacent deck. The deck and (2) sets of steps were covered with composite decking for low maintenance. Handrails around the deck and on the steps, and gutters and downspouts completed the exterior work. The vinyl siding, overhang and gutter on the exterior of the kitchen bay door and pushout that was included in the sunroom were replaced with vertical soffit material to update the interior of the sunroom attached to the house. Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring was installed over the subfloor, and a ceiling fan was hung to complete the interior work. Coach lights over the (3) sliding doors added the finishing touch to the project.

We had PRF install a roof over our patio that is about 16 feet by 22 feet. Other contractors were a little hesitant to quote because of the size. Jim from PRF came out and gave us a couple of options. As it turned out the option we went with was exactly what we wanted. Jim, Chris, Steve and Mike did an excellent job with the installation. I very highly recommend this group.
