After I explained the issue, they immediately got to work. They took the time to ensure I understood both the problem and the repair plan. Despite the circumstances, they drove to Anchorage twice to obtain the necessary parts and kept me informed throughout the entire process. We all have bad days mine was when I woke up with water coming out my wall. We called Paragon Mechanical Plumbing and heating. Sometimes we forget who put in the plumbing first didn't think about the next guy. My service tech Matt had to deal with this which he did in a professional way. Yes there are many plumbers, but their is only one Paragon. So if you truly want a professional job, I would call them.
