I am very happy with my experience and service with Panther Plumbing and Tray G! Our water heater gave up the ghost after 21 years of service, so we contacted Panther Plumbing to come out and inspect the situation. Tray G. came to my home on time and was very patient and thorough in explaining the possible issues and even how our decision moving forward would affect our overall needs. He gave us all of the options available without trying to push us into any deals. Explaining not only how the system worked and how we also had code violation issues, but also offered resolutions. After careful consideration, we decided to replace old faithful with a new system. So not only did Tray deliver same day quality service, but also gave knowledge of the process and made certain all questions/concerns were addressed. The system looks great and is working properly. All materials are cleaned up after the service and now we have hot water again🔥💧. I pray we don't have any further plumbing issues, but if we did, I trust that we will get the same level of great friendly customer service, with someone knowledgeable, experienced, and professional as with Tray G... thank you Tray!

What started as a new water heater purchase became the discovery of a serious slab leak. I'm glad that Justin didn't only focus on selling and installing the new water heater, but he also identified the leak. A costly repair was made easier by the professionalism and excellent customer service shown by Justin, Tray, and Mo. Justin worked hard, I mean like late hours hard to make sure me and my family were well taken care of. We were never left without water when he left the house. To add to the great service he provided, Justin cleaned up when he was finished. I am thoroughly impressed with the service we received from Justin and Panther Plumbing. They definitely earned our future patronage.

I had an old iron pipe that rusted through and was draining into my crawlspace. I had Bryson come out and he walked me through my main concern (the pipe) and highlighted additional issues that he saw. I was tracking 3 of the 4, so I felt confident it wasn't just a money grab. The best part was, he wasn't pushy. He didn't try and convince me to get everything done immediately. He told me what his concerns were and how the additional plumbing issues would affect the house. That was very much appreciated. Admittedly it was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. The customer service was great. The physical service was fast and efficient. I will definitely be using them again.
