We wanted to extend our sincere appreciation to John for coming out yesterday to fix our washer. He was very cordial and friendly. He also was very focused on installing the parts. He was thorough in testing to make sure that the washer was working properly before he left. John’s caring attitude positively reflects the reputation of your company. Love this appliance repair company. Easy to call and schedule at a great price. Technician John was very professional, friendly, honest and helpful with great expertise on washers. Unfortunately my washer needs to be replaced. I have used Pacific Repair before and will certainly use them again.
