Pacific Plumbing Supply Company was founded in 1949 by Maurice Sherman and is now owned and operated by his sons, Ernie and Eddie Sherman. Rude sales Man on the Phone. I am a business seek parts for my business, his rude self informs me he only works commercial...I am a commercial business...Yeah needless to say his rudeness just cost you a client whos been in business in our community for over 20 yrs...Might wanna work on those Customer service skills...We wont be calling you guys back after this experience.

I called to ask questions about available shower bases. I've already done my research and worked with my plumber on required specs such as thresholds, drain configuration etc. Now I am ready to make a decision and have questions on availability. I understand they are a wholesaler, but I find it frustrating they will not even talk to me (the homeowner) about the products I am choosing for my plumber to install. Asking my plumber to call will just cost me more money and drives the cost of my project up. Guess where my plumber will not be buying my shower pan.

Our contractor sent us here to pick out our new sink for our kitchen remodel. You do have to make an appointment, as they aren't open to the general public. Great showroom, with a lot of things to look at. Great customer service. They answered all of our questions.
