I am new to Las Vegas and needed an electrician to hang the pendant lights in my kitchen. I called 3 companies for quotes/ estimates. The first company came out , the guy was nice, but they wanted as much as I paid for my patio furniture to install the lights. I was already impressed with Pacific because of their communication-when they were coming, who was coming to my house, etc. Robin was very pleasant, very accommodating of my schedule, and professional. She sent Sampson out, and he was working up the quote and before he said anything to me, he called the office to see if they could work out anything on the price, as all my wiring was in place. He then quoted me the price, I was so pleased at the amount and the fact they went the extra mile before they even started the job, that I said , “ if you have time, let’s do it today!”. Sampson Edwards installed the lights and a dimmer switch, he took care with the work and cleaned up. I am very happy with Pacific and will use them in the future for sure. I recommend them. 10 out of 10.

Upon arriving, he was very respectful. I had a great experience with the electrician who came out to my home. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue clearly and walked me through my options before starting the work. Everything was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Not only was he skilled and thorough, but he was also very personable and courteous, which made the entire experience even better. It’s always reassuring to have someone in your home who is both trustworthy and clearly experienced in what they do. And I’d be remiss not to mention, he was very well mannered and pleasant ! I highly recommend!
