Cortez from Ortega Plumbing did an exceptional job installing our new furnace. From the beginning, he was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain our options, walked us through the installation, and made sure everything was done safely and correctly. Cortez took all the necessary precautions to ensure our home was safe and made sure we were fully satisfied with the parts and repairs that were needed. The work was completed on time, the area was left spotless, and the furnace is working perfectly. His attention to detail, genuine care for the customer, and pride in his work truly stood out. I highly recommend Cortez and Ortega Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service.

Excellent service and tech knowledge from James G. Made this a supurb visit. They also responded to my request for a tankless water heater checkup within 2 days. Highly recommend Ortegas.

Kevin was amazing. Gave us a good estimate quote and stuck to it. Of course, time will tell if the replacement was good - but the customer service (from both Kevin and all the people who we spoke with on the phone), the timeliness, and the willingness to explain and answer all our concerns was a nice change from those who roll their eyes and act like they're a god among the mortals. Took a little longer than expected, but appreciate the thorough work.
