Oracle Construction and Restoration

Oracle Construction recently completed restoration work on my 1,700 square foot duplex unit on Lake Greenhaven in Sacramento, CA. When I called my insurance company, I requested the names of three restoration companies they had worked with that provided good craftsmanship, quality materials and were easy to work with. One company only wanted to work on projects costing $100,000.00 or more. A second company would only use subcontractors providing the lowest bid for their speciality and was unwilling to discuss with the insurance adjuster any adjustments to the scope of work or materials used. The insurance adjuster wanted to limit cost even when the approved work did not equal the quality or size of the original materials prior to the damage. Oracle Construction was wiling to explain to the insurance adjuster with photos the differences between the original condition and the insurance approved restoration. My project manager's first name is Collin. He is knowledgeable about construction and materials. He went with me to select materials at companies that offered a wide price range of materials, a large selection of colors, styles and textures and reasonable prices. I am very satisfied with Oracle Construction; it was a pleasure to work with Collin. His suggestions gave me confidence that I was provided alternatives for a successful outcome.

I had a great experience with Oracle Construction and Restoration after part of our home had water damage from a leak. The entire repair process felt much less stressful because of Danielle. Danielle was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She patiently answered all of my questions and took the time to walk me through every step of the repair process so I always knew what to expect. She also acted as the middle person who helped expedite the process, making sure everything moved along smoothly. What truly stood out was how she went above and beyond to help me. Danielle did extra things to make sure our concerns were addressed and that the repairs were handled properly. I’m truly grateful for all of her help throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication made such a big difference during a stressful situation. Thank you to Danielle and the whole team for taking such great care of us and helping restore our home.

Erika is by far the best experience in home repair I have ever had. The communication, explanations and overall support during this stressful process were above and beyond. I will use oracle again simply because of her. My tenants felt the same and sent me texts about how helpful and kind she was. Not to mention she was very knowledge and could explain things in such detail that I understood concepts I previously had not heard of.
