After moving into a new house, we noticed the vents needed to be cleaned. John did a very thorough diagnostic and the estimate came with line items that had descriptions and fees. We went with duct cleaning of the return vents only and John was very friendly and did a great job. Thanks! AnneW

It ended up being a bit of a puzzle but the technician, Zach, was so thorough and carefully (and pleasantly) figured it all out. Great experience over all and ended up signing a service agreement with them to continue using their services in the future.
