On Time Experts

⭐️ 1 out of 5 (and I wish I could give zero) I do not recommend On Time Experts. I spent over $10,000 on a new HVAC system after a very nice salesperson promised the world. Unfortunately, what I got was shoddy work — which I didn’t discover until I brought in another company to inspect their installation. Based on the photos the second company provided, OTE had to admit their mistakes and come back to redo the job. When I called to schedule the rework, the woman who answered the phone actually asked me, “Why the hell would you pay another company to check our work?” — which is completely unprofessional and none of her business. Ever since then, every time they come out for routine maintenance (part of the plan I’m stuck on), they seem to find “something else wrong.” Needless to say, I now call another company for second opinions. To make matters worse, they constantly cancel appointments — often calling at the last minute when they should already be here. A complete waste of time and money. This company is a joke. Buyer beware.

Marlin did an excellent job with our HVAC maintenance. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to check everything carefully rather than rushing through it. He explained what he was doing, answered my questions clearly, and made sure the system was running properly before he left. On top of that, he was very friendly and respectful throughout the visit. It’s always reassuring to have someone who is both competent and easy to work with. I really appreciate the quality of his service and would definitely recommend him.

We had such a positive experience with On Time Experts from start to finish. We originally called due to a leaking faucet, and Martin took phenomenal care of us. He was extremely kind, professional, and helpful, and took the time to clearly walk us through the issue so we understood exactly what was going on. Martin returned the very next day to replace the faucet with no problem at all. He was prompt, on time, and incredibly respectful throughout the entire process. His attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. Martin is a great representation of this company, and because of this experience, we will absolutely continue to book On Time Experts for any future needs. Highly recommend!
