Olive Branch Plumbing Co

We used Olive Branch Plumbing Co to install a gas line for our fireplace and they did an excellent job. Of all the quotes we received, their pricing was the most reasonable while still following code. They provided excellent customer service and the technician was great. He was on time and efficient. We were so happy with them that we had them come back out to look at a “water hammer” issue in our upstairs bathroom. Previously, we’d had another plumber from a different company look at the problem and who said he would have to tear down the walls and re-strap the pipes. He said it would be thousands of dollars to fix. Olive Branch Plumbing came out and discovered the issue was that a stop valve was turned halfway off. They turned the knob and the issue was resolved! It took them maybe 5 seconds to find the problem. I will always recommend Olive Branch Plumbing Co to anyone in need of a plumber and will only work with them going forward. We can’t speak highly enough. All of the folks that we’ve interacted with so far have been very helpful and pleasant. The two young gentlemen that came out today were professional, kind, and accommodating. They were both knowledgeable and then even helped us clean out our sink drain while they were here. We are so thankful for the excellent service and glad we found them.

Gage was very helpful in explaining what he did and why. When baffled by one issue he committed to pursuing the experience of others for answers. I was equally impressed with the apprentice working with him.

Austin was very professional and polite. He is also very knowledgeable and it shows in his work. I would not hesitate to have him back out should the need arise.
