Richie was able to come look at an old furnace on a Saturday that had stopped working in my house. He diagnosed it, and was able to repair and replace parts in the same visit making sure that it continued working reliably before he left. He is extremely knowledgably, and took the time to explain what was wrong, and gave recommendations on what could be done in the future. I will be replacing this furnace soon, and Richie will be the person I go to for the job! 100% recommend.

Richie is amazing! On the Sunday of July 4th weekend, our hot water heater broke. He installed a new unit within a few hours. It was incredible service and very reasonably priced for the situation. He is always very responsive, helpful, and thorough. He has also helped us with furnace repair. Again, he is always timely and reasonable. I would give him 6 stars if I could!

Been dealing with a furnace issue for about a week. Finally called Richie and he made the schlep to Medina County and took care of the problem. Pleasant, professional and easy going. Didn't force feed me any repairs that didn't need done. He gets a permanent position in my phones contact list. Thanks again Richie!
